CANCELLATIONS POLICY

PICTURES

We love to take pictures of our clients to showcase our arts on the social media platforms, we encourage our clients to come to the salon picture ready with their makeup done. This is not a must, clients have the right to decline their face showing if they are not comfortable with it.

MONEY REFUND

Your complete satisfaction is our goal, but we have a no refund policy on services completed at our studio. We take pride and stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with your services, we offer a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of the service completion with the same service provider .

 

PRODUCT SALES/RETURN

All opened hair care, hair tools, hair brushes/combs and hair accessories are final sale. All other merchandise may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase date with receipt.

CANCELLATIONS

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to $50 of the reserved service amount.

-  "NO call" and “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment

time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

LATE

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we have the right to give up your appointment or shorten the services with the amount of time lost. We will accommodate you as best as we can.
